Have you ever had one of those days that was just bound to suck? Like, a day when you wake up late for your only 8AM class, you smell from not showering the night before, and your only other class of the day is the longest and most difficult one of the week? Isn't it amazing when, by chance and a little bit of hard work and creativity, those days go perfectly and wonderfully right? Today was one of those days! Gig 'em prof. Arsenio and Sweet Eugene's owner!

P.S. I love, love, love Scot, Martin, Sarah, Troy, Jennifer, Travis, Paul, and Lindsay.

Why is it so cold outside!? It's almost April! Helloooooo! Earth to Texas! On a happy note: I finally bought some milk so now I'm able to eat my organic cereal. Yum!

For the past four days my poor face has been riddled with acne reducing remedies and now it hurts! Owww!

It's kind of nice that little brother is out of town because it means he's not using his TV, VCR, bed, or Limewire. No point in letting those beacons of spring break banality go to waste.

Did I just use $5 dollar words in a 5 cent medium? You bet your britches! Also - in honor (but most likely "regardless") of Lips Appreciation Day, I received the first contact from my boyfriend since Sunday night a wee 2 hours ago! Exuberance!

I miss my boyfriend! We've only been out of contact for 48 hours but man, this is killer! Perhaps I can find comfort in Pride & Prejudice and a teeming glass of chocolate soy milk? Too bad Scot is Mr. Darcy and he encouraged me to try soy milk in the first place. Gah! I'm going to grandma's house for the evening with my mommy.

I've been a semi-vegetarian for 2 weeks.
I went to Central Market and wanted to buy every organic thing that I saw.
I've been reading The Da Vinci Code (for fun!) at every possible opportunity.
I've been noticing cool architecture everywhere I go.
I think something is wrong and I really like it.

I love Laughing Cow Light cheese! So good and only 1 point per wedge!

My desktop computer sucks! It's slow (even though my dad just defraged it two weeks ago and I hadn't used it since until yesterday!) , the monitor hums constantly, and now the sound won't work. Mom asked what we were going to do with it when I move into the townhouse next year...throw it out a window, that's my vote.

I'm going to get all kinds of things taken care of while I am home apparently! I have a doctor's appointment on Monday to get something done about my suddenly grotesque complexion, I go to the eye doctor on Wednesday to finally get some distance glasses so I don't have to borrow Sarah's to read the board, I'm getting my hair done on Friday, I have two job prospects, and I might go to the dentist sometime to figure out what I am going to do about this nasty overbite. Haha, yikes, glasses, pimples, and braces...man, I'm 13 now! How is it that as soon as I go to college everything starts going terribly wrong? I had pretty skin and nice teeth until I moved to CS. It's the water!

I saw 8 dead skunks on the way home this afternoon.

Things I want to do over spring break:
- Finish my New York puzzle
- Attempt to take "artsy" pictures
- Use my pastels
- Figure out how to take classes over the summer

This week, I am on the viz track.

So, normally I am INCREDIBLY opposed to using a free template (not to mention a blogging site), but until I get better at editing the blogger template myself, this lovely template will have to do. And in regard to the other issue - it takes too much effort for me to log into my host, upload all my files, and code all of my posts, so I've joined Blogger in a effort to increase my monthly yield of blogs. I am sad to leave the wide world of hardcore HTML coding behind, but I was really into being a maverick blogger for the design rather than the code, so as soon as I get a bit better at template making, I'll be good to go.

By the by: I've decided that as much as I enjoy designing, I have absolutely no desire to create something for other people, ie: web and menu designs in 170 were fun until I had to turn them in. That knowledge should make my transition to a POLS+SPAN degree a lot less dramatic.
